Essence Power is a holistic healing and counselling practice which focuses on connecting you to greater balance and alignment in your life using a range of therapeutic techniques. I have found that when we work holistically, we address all the multifaceted, and even multidimensional, elements that are contributing to contraction, stress or imbalance. This catalyses a domino effect of change and transformation in a person’s life, creating a more harmonious state of being and a feeling of greater alignment.

The process shifts heavy energy and emotions, including past traumas and stresses which remain stored at a cellular level. The result is an enhanced feeling of lightness, greater joy and a renewed sense of clarity. The best way I have ever heard it described was by a client who said “it is an energetic massage that helps to realign my metaphysical world”.
