Linked to many of our beauty routines and rituals is the oft-dreaded word exercise: the act of physically moving and drawing energy into and out of the body. For many, this is simply a draining act, whereby their body gives, yet their energy field receives little.
For others, this act is a life-giving force, a power surge and a way to release their burdens. Exercise is so inextricably linked to body image and beauty in our western world, prompting us to sculpt, to mold and to change any part of ourselves that we do not like.
